Course content
Songs and dances from all over the world accompany us to powerful places
We start the day with body and breathing exercises and get in the mood for the day with singing and sound. We then set off and visit places that are so beautiful, quiet, inviting or magical that they make time stand still for a moment. At these places we sing power songs, circle songs, tones and dance simple dances. We experience the joyful effect of singing and find our very own source of strength.
Every evening there is the opportunity to end the day singing, on Monday or Tuesday evenings as open singing.
Target audience
The programme is aimed at anyone who would like to integrate themselves into the rhythms of nature by singing and find a personal place of strength, anyone who is open and curious to experience their voice in different places. No previous experience is necessary.

The course takes place with 10 - max. 20 participants.
