After several years of leasing the station bistro, which has been vacant for many months, we are taking the plunge and running it ourselves, with the commercial idea not taking centre stage. It is more the overall concept of the Station Ritz with museum, cultural events and gastronomy, which was built up in memory of Caesar Ritz with a lot of commitment and passion and should now form a unit.
The new gastronomic concept is based on the "Ritz Paris" with a small and fine range of dishes, as can be found in French bistros - but with consistent use of regional products.
The bistro is open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11.30 - 18.00
From 26 April 2024 - 20 June 2024 the following opening hours apply:
Friday: 13.30 - 17.00
Saturday: 13.30 - 17.00
Sunday: 9.00 - 17.00
Salon breakfast chez RITZ
A gourmet breakfast served on étagères and seasoned with anecdotes from the life of Caesar Ritz.
Every Sunday there is a fine Salon breakfast chez RITZ from 9.00 - 11.30 am.
